Located in central South Carolina, the Harleyville facility processes non-hazardous, alternate solid fuel (ASF) materials to use as fuel to manufacture cement on site. It also accepts iron, silica, and alumina wastes, which are incorporated into cement as raw material substitutes. The facility, which handles an annual volume of 30,000 tons, also accepts on-spec used oil and biofuel and whole automotive tires.
